If cooperation is not much of a big deal in your daily tasks without creating a lot of documents, then the usual Office tools built into your Nokia Lumia smartphone will help you a lot.

Depending on what industry you work in, this cloud-based service to be invaluable. If you are a photographer, you can use SkyDrive to store all your photos. If you are an accountant, it is a good place to save your spreadsheet, and if you are a writer, it's the perfect place to store a copy of your first novel.

SkyDrive is accessible by both the Web from any computer, and even your Nokia Lumia smartphone. This means you are never far away from your important files in your life and there is no longer waiting to get home to check up on something.

With SkyDrive lets you share entire folders with other people, or just share a few items if you prefer. By default, all items and folders set to private to ensure that no one can see that the confidential information.

E-mail is usually a pretty reliable way to keep in touch with the rest of your colleagues. But we all know that IM is better. You will receive an answer from an IM much faster than an email. GroupMe is part of the Skype family and is a good way to group certain people in certain categories.

By searching through your people list you can put people into different groups such as employees. Then, when you need, you can update all You colleagues at the same time with an IM. It's a great, quick way to get a quick response.

With all of this document does / editing storage of different media types complete, it is often the case that you need to go into a meeting to discuss the work events.

With the built-in calendar on Nokia Lumia, you can create meeting requests and add people from the people list you need to participate. This will then e-mail meeting request directly to the people where they will be given the opportunity to accept or decline the meeting request.
